Refund & Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving returned product We always inspect it carefully and If we find product & packaging tempered or incase returned product is not the same exact product which was originally purchased from our website or any other sales channel, Goods Doctors has the right to cancel the return/refund request without any explanations.

Please note return request will need to be authorized by us so do not return anything unless you get confirmation eMail from our customer support representative.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and confirmed by us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Items across all the categories that are originally under Manufacturer's Warranty Please get in touch with Manufacturer for the problem you have with product as they have their own customer service department moreover Manufacturer's contact info usually comes within or on product packaging, However if you have questions or concerns about your specific product please do reach out to us and we will do our best to help and fix the problem for you.

Sometime due to technical errors we receive orders for the products that are actually out of stock at our warehouse but as you know we commit to deliver what you order with us, So for that reason we might use third party suppliers for fulfilling those orders, In case this happens to you and you see invoice on package from our partner suppliers with lesser amount as compared to what you paid at our site please do not panic as we are in this business to make money like every other business and we all survive on the profit we make from sales.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the exchange request from our end is approved, You can proceed and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items sent back to us for exchange without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
